Hello, hello! It’s great to see how many visitors I am getting to my blog these days. You guys come from everywhere! I’m talking Middle East to Norway to Chile! Wowzers! This post might not pertain to everybody, but I thought it’d be fun to show you some of the decorating I’ve done at my dorm (The Penthouse) to make it more home-y.
This is my record collection. I’m obsessed with my record player. It’s an addiction.
I may also be obsessed with old cameras. This is my favorite Polaroid…if only the paper wasn’t so pricey!
German from a young age. Technically from birth…
My favorite art book: Garder’s Art Through The Ages. I told you I was an art nerd, did I not?
I love photo booths and displaying my photos.
Bored of the boring walls? Hang records! Super easy and cheap! I got these records from the DI for a dollar each.
You can see Hannah and mine’s jumbo and messy bed in the background. That’s the way to go! More room for dancing.
I got these at the DI as well for only 4 dollars! Seriously the DI has great decorations.
I made these for all of my roommate’s doors. I got everything at the Dollar Tree. Super easy, give it a try!
Our bleak hallway
This is written on our mirror in our hallway. We like to take pictures in front of it when we look nasty bad.
Everyone is checking out housing for next year. Book pages wall
My darling friend Lydia sent these to me last week. They sure do spruce up the room!
Our quote board. Hangs above our ghetto couch. Reminds us how funny we can be.
STICK EVERYTHING ON THE FRIDGE! That’s our motto.
It can be challenging to decorate a dorm with so many rules, but everyone knows I love a good challenge! Unless it’s homework related. I do not like challenging homework, which is in part why I’m procrastinating doing my homework by writing this post. Must…. do…..home…..work.
